Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Cash Car Heroes website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Cash Car Heroes buys junk, used, and unwanted vehicles in the Indianapolis area and throughout central Indiana. We provide cash offers for vehicles in any condition, arrange free towing, and handle the paperwork. All offers are estimates and are subject to final inspection of the vehicle at the time of pickup.

Quotes and Offers

Quotes provided through our website, phone, or other communication channels are not binding. The final purchase price may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle at the time of pickup. If the vehicle's condition differs significantly from what was described, we reserve the right to adjust the offer accordingly. Offers are typically valid for 7 days from the date they are issued.

Vehicle Ownership

By selling a vehicle to Cash Car Heroes, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or an authorized agent acting on behalf of the owner. You must provide a valid title or other documentation proving ownership as required by Indiana state law. We cannot purchase vehicles without proper documentation.

Payment

Payment is made by cash or check at the time of vehicle pickup. The agreed-upon amount will be paid to the vehicle owner or authorized agent upon completion of the transaction. You are responsible for reporting any income received from the sale of your vehicle in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Free Towing

We provide free towing for all vehicles we purchase. There are no hidden charges, towing fees, or additional costs associated with our pickup service. We come to you at a time that works for your schedule.

Limitation of Liability

Cash Car Heroes and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the vehicle in question.

Website Use

This website and its content are provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information on this site. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time without notice.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern your participation in the Cash Car Heroes SMS/text messaging program ("Program").

Program Description

The Cash Car Heroes SMS Program provides text message communications in two categories:

• Non-marketing (transactional) messages: Vehicle cash offer notifications, pickup scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, and service-related updates.
• Marketing messages: Review requests after service completion and occasional promotional messages about our junk car buying services in the Indianapolis, Indiana area and surrounding communities.

Opt-In & Consent

You may opt in to receive text messages from Cash Car Heroes by checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on any form on our website, by texting a keyword to our number, or by verbally consenting during a phone call. Each message category (non-marketing and marketing) requires its own separate consent. You may opt in to one, both, or neither. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Cash Car Heroes. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent — you must affirmatively check the applicable consent checkbox(es).

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Non-marketing messages (quotes, scheduling, confirmations) are sent as needed based on your requests. Marketing messages (review requests, promotions) will not exceed 4 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Additional recognized opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. You may also opt out by calling us at (317) 538-4824.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS Program to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Supported Carriers

Our Program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others.

Carrier Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Cash Car Heroes is not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or incorrect phone numbers provided by the user.

Changes to SMS Terms

Cash Car Heroes reserves the right to modify these SMS terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
